These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of visaai.app and any related products, features, content, or services (collectively, the "Service") provided by VISA AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
VISA AI provides AI-powered immigration eligibility assessments, points calculators, country comparisons, roadmaps, and an AI Coach. The Service generates outputs based on publicly available immigration program criteria and the information you provide.
By creating an account, you expressly agree that VISA AI may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide for the purposes of customer support, onboarding, follow-up on your assessment, product updates, and to share relevant immigration opportunities.
You further consent that, where your case may benefit from professional legal guidance, VISA AI may share your contact details and assessment summary with our vetted partner immigration lawyers, consultants, or licensed representatives, and that those partners may contact you directly to offer assistance. You may withdraw consent to partner outreach at any time by emailing [email protected]; transactional and account-related communications from VISA AI will continue as required to operate the Service.
VISA AI is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government authority. Outputs produced by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, immigration, financial, or professional advice. Immigration laws change frequently and are subject to discretionary interpretation by government officials. You should consult a licensed immigration professional (e.g., RCIC in Canada, MARA in Australia, or a qualified attorney) before making any decisions based on the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service. We are not responsible for assessment outcomes that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you submit.
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Fees are listed on our pricing page and are processed by third-party payment providers. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree not to:
The Service, including all software, models, content, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by VISA AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (including assessment inputs and uploaded CVs). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, payment processors, AI model providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ASSESSMENT WILL RESULT IN A SUCCESSFUL VISA APPLICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISA AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VISA AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, by binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
