We publish guides that real applicants use to make life-changing decisions. This page spells out exactly how those guides are written, fact-checked, and updated — and where AI tooling helps versus where humans stay in the loop.
Every country and visa-type page on VISA AI is produced by the in-house VISA AI Editorial Team — a small group of researchers with backgrounds in immigration policy analysis and technical writing. Each draft is then cross-checked against the destination country's official immigration source before publish. Our editor-in-chief, K.A.M. Rashedul Mazid (CEO of VISA AI), signs off on structural changes to the methodology and on major policy updates.
We are an AI-first product, and we are honest about that. Here's the split:
We do not auto-publish unreviewed AI text on rules, thresholds, salary minimums, or processing times. Those are entered by a human against a primary source.
If we publish something inaccurate, we fix it and say so. Material corrections are noted in the page footer with a date and a one-line description of what changed. Spotted an error? Email [email protected] with the URL and the issue — we triage within 72 hours.
VISA AI does not accept payment from immigration consultancies, law firms, or governments in exchange for favourable mentions or ranking. Our directory of immigration lawyers is editorially curated. When we link to a partner (e.g. a language test provider) we disclose it inline.
Everything on VISA AI is general information, not legal advice. For complex cases — refusal history, criminal record, investor routes, asylum — please consult a regulated immigration professional. See our Immigration Disclaimer for the full statement.
